About Placement

GNIMS (Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies), established in 2002 by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Approved by AICTE, and Affiliated by the University of Mumbai, is a dynamic B‑school known for its mentorship‑driven pedagogy, project‑based learning, intensive internships, and vibrant campus culture.

We maintain a stellar on‑campus placement record through preferred partnerships with over 235 leading corporates—from ICICI Bank, GEP, Drip Capital, Sulzer Pumps, Motilal Oswal, Aditya Birla Capital, ACC Ltd., Berger Paints, Siemens, Byju’s, and more—which enables immersive industry engagement via live projects, internships, research collaborations, and numerous Pre‑Placement Offers (PPOs). Despite the challenges of the 2021–22 pandemic, GNIMS achieved an impressive 96 % placement rate, with a highest package of ₹12 LPA and an average package of ₹5.50 LPA, backed by approximately 150+ companies visiting annually, about 40 % of which are new, and around 70 % of students receiving offers before graduation .

Supported by a proactive Career Development Cell, students engage in rigorous up‑skilling—from SWOT analysis, resume workshops, mock GD/PIs, aptitude training, to industry‑led guest lectures—ensuring they are fully job‑ready and consistently headline our exceptional placement outcomes.
