Pratibimb 3rd Annual HR Meet

Pratibimb 3rd Annual HR Meet was held on 11/11/2017 at the Seminar Hall, Khalsa College. The theme for the 3rd Annual HR Meet was held on 11/11/2017 at the Seminar Hall, Khalsa College was “Reinventing HR in the Digital Era”. With digitization picking up pace, Human Resources as a domain couldn’t have been immune to it.

The Key note speaker for the event was Mr. Kasi Viswanath, Head Leadership Talent Assessment,

L & T. He had a very interactive session with the students setting the context for the meet. His address was followed by Mr. Nishant Kolgaonkar, Head HR, SOTC Travel who covered the levels of digitization in Talent Acquisition, Mr. Laxman Kamble, GM HR, PMC Bank spoke about Learning and Development, Ms. Vrushali Mundhwa, Head HR, Vistaprint covered engaging the Gen Z workforce using digital tools and lastly Mr. Satish Luman gave the closing comments for the meet. The vote of thanks was extended by Ms. Channpreet Kaur.
